Questions

Everything You
Need to Know.

Q - How is pricing determined?

Every organization is different. Before any engagement begins, we take the time to understand your business, your current AI landscape and your objectives. Based on that conversation, we prepare a tailored proposal with a clearly defined scope, deliverables and timeline.

Q - Do we need to have our legal team involved?

We recommend it for high-risk system classifications and for finalizing your governance policy. JEDAM DIGITAL provides the technical AI compliance expertise — your legal team provides the legal sign-off. We can refer you to specialized EU AI Act legal counsel if needed.

Q - What if we have AI systems that aren't compliant?

This is exactly what the Gap Analysis and remediation plan addresses. Most non-compliance is resolvable — additional documentation, human oversight procedures or technical adjustments. Only Unacceptable Risk systems must be removed, and these are narrowly defined in the Act.

Q - Is this useful for businesses outside Germany?

Yes. The EU AI Act applies to any business that operates in the EU, sells to EU customers or uses AI systems that affect EU residents — regardless of where the company is headquartered. Many of our clients are non-German EU businesses and international companies with EU operations.
